To ensure quick delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to make changes or cancel an order once it has been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
3. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. They will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 3β5 business days.

Our products are jewelry pieces and do not require standard clothing sizes. For rings, please refer to the ring size guide available on each product page. For necklaces, bracelets, and other items, detailed measurements are provided within the product description.

Each jewelry piece includes care instructions. In general, we recommend storing your jewelry in a dry place, avoiding contact with water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals, and gently cleaning with a soft cloth to maintain shine and longevity.
